Withdrawal from the contract
You may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This follows §§ 19 to 22 of Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Coll.

If we failed to inform you of the right to withdraw, the period is extended by 12 months. If we inform you during that time, a new 14-day period starts.
How to withdraw
A form is not required. The law asks only for a clear statement of intent — an e-mail or a letter making it plain that you are withdrawing is enough. The form below is a convenience, not a condition.

The burden of proving that you withdrew rests on the consumer, so we suggest sending an e-mail or a registered letter and keeping the receipt.
Online form (§ 20a)
Under § 20a of Act 108/2024 a trader must provide a permanently available online function for withdrawing from the contract. Here it is: Withdraw from the contract.
The link is in the footer of every page and in the order confirmation e-mail. The form is not behind a login, it is not time-limited, and you do not have to give a reason. The means described above (e-mail, letter) still apply and the law regards them as equally valid.
Who pays what
- You pay the cost of returning the goods. This holds even when the package simply did not suit you.
- We refund the original delivery cost, but only up to the cheapest ordinary delivery method we offer.
- We may withhold the refund until the goods reach us, or until you show proof of sending them — whichever comes first.
Diminished value
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. That allows us a proportionate deduction from the refund — it is not a reason to refuse the withdrawal or to reject the parcel.

Copy it, fill it in and send it. A signature is needed only on paper.
