Your 14-day right
You may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or your designated person other than the carrier, receive the goods. For one order delivered in parts, the period starts upon receipt of the last part. Send your notice before the deadline.
How to withdraw
Use the online withdrawal form, email info@wildthyme.eu, or send an unambiguous written notice to the company address. Identify yourself and the order or goods concerned. The model form is optional.
Returning goods and refunds
Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us to Bee Family s. r. o., Watsonova 1908/1, 040 01 Košice – Sever, Slovakia. You bear direct return postage. We refund payments received, including the cheapest standard outbound delivery offered, within 14 days of notice. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods or proof of return arrives. For COD payments we agree a free refund method with you, such as bank transfer.
Condition of returned goods
You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods. Hand-packing or the fact that the product is a dried herb does not itself remove your withdrawal right. Rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected.
