Payment

Payment is cash on delivery — when the parcel is handed to you. We have no other payment method yet; card payment is prepared technically but is not switched on, and so it does not appear in the order form at all.

Shipping

We send parcels within Slovakia. The shipping cost and the cash-on-delivery fee are shown in the order form before you submit it, together with the total. The current figures are managed by the operator in the administration.

Receiving the parcel

We suggest checking the parcel when you take it over. Have any damage to the packaging noted by the courier — it helps with a later complaint.

Refusing the parcel does not amount to withdrawal from the contract. If you want to withdraw, do it in one of the ways set out on the Withdrawal page.

Storage after delivery

In a well-sealed container, dry, away from light, below 25 °C.
