Data and purposes
Your name, address, email, phone and order details are needed to enter into and perform the contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Accounting and complaint records meet legal obligations (c). Technical security records and abuse prevention protect the service under legitimate interests (f). Required order information is necessary for fulfillment.
Recipients and retention
Necessary information is shared with hosting and email providers (Websupport), the selected courier and accounting providers. We retain it for fulfillment, relevant legal obligations and claims; accounting documents follow statutory retention periods. The basket uses a technical session. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Erasure does not cover records that must be retained by law. You can complain to the Slovak data protection authority or your local supervisory authority. Ordering does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Account and personal data
We use your name and verified email to operate your account, order history and rewards. A profile phone number is optional. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Account data is retained while your account is in use; verification codes expire after 10 minutes and old verification records are cleared during subsequent use of the service. For an export or account deletion, contact info@wildthyme.eu. Order records that must be retained by law are not erased with the account. We save a signed-in customer’s basket to their account so it is available on other devices. Optional passwords are stored only as secure one-way hashes.
