Your rewards

After verifying your email, receive 5% off your first order. After 10 delivered orders placed while signed in, receive a one-time 10% discount on your next order. Cancelled or withdrawn orders do not count towards the ten. Discounts apply to goods, not delivery, and cannot be combined. A reward is reserved when ordering and released if the order is cancelled. Delivery is free from €69 in goods before the account discount. Only one customer discount applies per order. Discounts and accounts cannot be combined.

Account and personal data

We use your name and verified email to operate your account, order history and rewards. A profile phone number is optional. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Account data is retained while your account is in use; verification codes expire after 10 minutes and old verification records are cleared during subsequent use of the service. For an export or account deletion, contact info@wildthyme.eu. Order records that must be retained by law are not erased with the account. We save a signed-in customer’s basket to their account so it is available on other devices. Optional passwords are stored only as secure one-way hashes.
