What we sell

One thing: dried flowering wild thyme, picked by hand on meadows around Čertižné in the Medzilaborce district of north-east Slovakia. We dry it in the shade below 35 °C.

What we do not claim

We sell the product as a food — a herbal tea. It is not a medicine and not a food supplement.

So you will not find health claims on this site. Most commercial herb websites make them, even though they are problematic under food law. Where we mention folk tradition we say so explicitly — tradition is not a demonstrated effect of what we sell.

We also do not state figures for thymol or carvacrol content. In central European wild thyme the essential oil composition varies, and without a laboratory analysis of the actual batch any number would be unsupported.
